Cottage Cheese
200 g
Egg (large)

Honey

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with baking paper.
Blend brownie batter
Blend all brownie layer ingredients until smooth.
Pour brownie batter
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Blend cheesecake mixture
Blend the cottage cheese, egg, honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour cheesecake layer
Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
Add peanut butter and swirl
Add dollops of peanut butter over the cheesecake layer and gently swirl with a knife.
Bake brownies
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the centre is just set.
Cool and slice
Allow to cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.
