Crispy Beef Tacos

Cilantro Lime Sauce
sour cream

mayonnaise

lime (juiced)

fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
Prepare the cilantro lime sauce
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and salt until smooth.
Cook the beef filling
Brown ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic, then add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
Crisp the tortillas
Lightly brush tortillas with oil and crisp in a hot pan or oven until golden and crispy.
Assemble the tacos
Fill each crispy tortilla with cheesy beef mixture, top with shredded cheddar and serve with cilantro lime sauce.
