Instructions
Prepare brown sugar syrup
Melt brown sugar with a splash of water to create a syrup base for the pearls.
Make tapioca dough
Combine tapioca flour with the hot syrup to form a thick paste, then knead into smooth dough.
Shape the boba pearls
Roll the dough into a log, cut into small pieces, and roll each into tiny pearls.
Cook the pearls
Boil the pearls until they float to the surface, indicating they are cooked through.
Soak pearls in syrup
Transfer cooked pearls into fresh syrup to keep them soft and flavorful.
Brew creamy tea base
Steep tea, then mix with milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for a rich, creamy base.
Assemble bubble tea
Fill a glass with boba pearls, ice, and pour the creamy tea over. Stir and enjoy!
