Mix the filling

Combine ground meat, grated onion, minced garlic, salt and black pepper in a bowl and knead well.

Portion the meat mixture

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and spread each portion onto a flatbread.

Cook the meat

Fry the meat side in a hot pan until fully cooked.

Add cheese

Sprinkle grated cheese over the cooked meat.

Fry the wrap

Brush the outer side lightly with oil and fry the wrap on both sides until golden.

Add fried potatoes, sliced tomato and shredded lettuce inside the wrap.

Squeeze mayonnaise over the filling and serve immediately.
