Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Combine chicken pieces with all seasonings, lemon juice, olive oil, tomato paste, chili flakes, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
Prepare garlic sauce
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, grated garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare vegetables
Thinly slice red onion, dice seeded tomatoes, slice pickled cucumbers, and shred lettuce. Keep prepared ingredients ready for assembly.
Assemble the wraps
Spread garlic sauce over each lavash bread. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, sliced onion, pickled cucumbers, and French fries. Drizzle with additional garlic sauce.
Toast the wraps
Roll each lavash tightly into a wrap. Heat a lightly greased skillet and toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy on the outside.
Serve
Slice each toasted wrap in half diagonally. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Best enjoyed fresh. Wraps can be stored assembled but un-toasted in the fridge for up to 2 days. Toast just before serving for best texture.
