Instructions

Prepare vegetables

Finely chop the onion, shred the cabbage, and grate the carrot.

Mix filling

Combine ground meat with prepared vegetables, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.

Fill rice paper wrappers

Dip each rice paper briefly in warm water, place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center and fold into a neat parcel.

Fry dumplings

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place dumplings seam-side down and fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
