Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Measure all ingredients and brown the butter if not already done.
Mix dry ingredients
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugars
Mix browned butter with brown and white sugars until creamy.
Add egg and cream
Mix in the egg and whipping cream until well combined.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate
Fold chocolate chips and chopped chocolate into the dough.
Shape cookies
Scoop dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill dough
