Prepare the special sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

Divide the beef mince into two 80 g patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook each patty for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
