Smash Burger Tacos

American cheese slices

pickles (sliced)

Special Sauce
mayonnaise

ketchup

Dijon mustard

onion (diced)

Instructions
Prepare the special sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Form the beef patties
Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into loose balls.
Smash the burgers
Press each beef ball onto a tortilla, meat side down, onto a hot skillet.
Cook the first side
Cook until the meat is just about done.
Flip and add cheese
Flip the tortilla over and add a slice of American cheese on top.
Cook the second side
Cook until the tortilla is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Assemble and serve
Top with lettuce, pickles, and special sauce. Serve immediately.
