Choc Chip Chickpea Cookies

chickpeas (drained, rinsed)

banana (very ripe)

peanut butter

oat flour (ground)

baking powder

dark chocolate chips
50 g

Instructions
Prepare wet and dry mixture
Add chickpeas, banana, peanut butter, oat flour, baking powder and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until a creamy dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips
Gently fold the dark chocolate chips into the cookie dough using a spoon or spatula.
Shape the cookies
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of dough (about 10–12 cookies) onto the sheet and shape them into cookie rounds.
Bake the cookies
Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Check halfway through to avoid over-browning.
Cool completely
Remove cookies from the oven and allow them to cool fully on the baking sheet. They will firm up as they cool.
