Creamy Garlic Pasta with Steak

Instructions
Season the steak
Pat the ribeye steak dry and season both sides generously with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Sear the steak
Heat a pan over high heat and sear the seasoned steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
Prepare garlic butter
In the same pan, melt butter and add the 2 whole garlic cloves. Cook until fragrant, then remove garlic.
Sauté aromatics
Add diced onion and crushed garlic to the pan. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.
Make the creamy sauce
Add red chili flakes, oregano, paprika, and double cream to the pan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine pasta and sauce
Add the drained pasta to the creamy sauce and toss to coat evenly. Add grated cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Serve
Slice the rested steak and serve over the creamy garlic pasta. Garnish with additional cheese and herbs if desired.
