Maultaschen Salad (German Dumplings Salad)

Instructions
Prepare Maultaschen
Cut the Maultaschen into bite-sized pieces using a knife on a cutting board.
Air fry Maultaschen
Place Maultaschen pieces in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 12 minutes.
Crisp the bacon
Add chopped bacon to the air fryer with Maultaschen and cook for another 5 minutes until crispy.
Make the dressing
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sweet mustard, chopped dill, chives, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Prepare vegetables
Chop salad greens, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Toss salad
Add chopped vegetables to the bowl with dressing and toss to coat evenly.
Combine everything
Add the cooked Maultaschen pieces and crispy bacon to the salad bowl. Gently mix everything together.
Serve
Divide salad into serving bowls and top each with a large spoonful of sour cream. Serve immediately.
