Instructions
Brown the butter
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, stirring until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma.
Mix wet ingredients
Combine browned butter with both sugars, then mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Form the cookie dough
