Prepare the chicken

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season lightly.

Make the buldak sauce

Combine chili flakes, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Marinate the chicken

Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the buldak sauce and let sit.

Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until caramelized and cooked through.
