Crispy BBQ Chicken Breast

Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer
Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C.
Prepare chicken
Cut chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces if desired.
Bread the chicken
Beat eggs in a bowl. Crush corn flakes and place in another bowl. Dip chicken pieces first in egg, then coat completely with corn flakes.
Bake the chicken
Place breaded chicken on baking tray or air fryer basket. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Prepare BBQ sauce
While chicken bakes, combine BBQ sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and water in a small pan. Add chili flakes if using.
Cook the sauce
Heat sauce over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened to desired consistency.
Serve
Toss crispy chicken in warm BBQ sauce and serve immediately.
