Instructions
Mix dry ingredients

Add wet ingredients
Pour in milk and oil, then mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Add chocolate center
Place the dark chocolate piece in the center of the batter, pressing it down slightly.
Microwave the cake
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.
Rest and serve
