Hot Honey Sauce

Instructions
Season the chicken tenders
Season chicken tenders with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and Szechuan pepper.
Coat with egg
Mix seasoned tenders with beaten egg to create a sticky base for the cornflake coating.
Coat with seasoned cornflakes
Crush cornflakes and season them with the same spice mix, then thoroughly coat the egg-covered tenders.
Air fry the tenders
Air fry at 200°C for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Prepare the hot honey sauce
While the chicken cooks, mix together honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, sriracha, and garlic paste.
Toss tenders in sauce
Remove hot tenders from the air fryer and immediately toss them in the prepared hot honey sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately
Plate the hot honey tenders and serve right away while crispy and hot.
