Season chicken tenders with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and Szechuan pepper.

Mix seasoned tenders with beaten egg to create a sticky base for the cornflake coating.

Crush cornflakes and season them with the same spice mix, then thoroughly coat the egg-covered tenders.
