Instructions
Prepare breading station
Set up three bowls for dredging: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bread the chicken tenders
Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs, pressing to coat evenly.
Pan-fry the tenders
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry breaded tenders 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Make honey BBQ sauce
In a small bowl, mix honey, ketchup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
Coat tenders and serve
Toss hot fried tenders in the honey BBQ sauce or serve sauce on the side. Garnish and serve immediately.
