Prepare chocolate and heat oat milk

Add chopped dark chocolate to a heatproof bowl. Heat oat milk in a saucepan over low heat until almost boiling.

Make chocolate mixture

Pour hot oat milk over the chocolate and leave for 3 minutes. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

Chill chocolate mixture

Place the bowl in the refrigerator until the chocolate mixture has hardened completely.

Form the truffles

Remove the hardened chocolate from the fridge. Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out portions and roll them into smooth balls between your palms.
