Oreo McFlurry Protein Ice Cream
A high-protein, low-calorie frozen dessert inspired by the classic Oreo McFlurry, made with ultra-filtered milk and monk fruit sweetener for a guilt-free treat.

Fat Free ultra-filtered Milk

Lakanto monk fruit sweetener
45 g
vanilla bean paste

xanthan gum

Oreo Thins (cream removed)

Instructions
Prepare the base
Blend all base ingredients together until smooth.
Freeze the mixture
Pour the blended base into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 16 hours.
Prepare the pint for spinning
Run the frozen pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds to loosen it.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream
Place the pint in the Ninja Creami and spin on the 'Lite Ice Cream' setting.
Respin if needed
If the texture is powdery, run the 'Respin' cycle.
Add mix-ins
Make a hole down to the bottom with a butter knife and fill with the Oreo Thins.
Mix-in cycle
Run the 'Mix-in' cycle to incorporate the Oreos.
