Tacos
ground beef (20% fat)
450 g
flour tortillas (small)

cheddar cheese
10 slice
romaine lettuce (shredded)

pickles
100 g
seasoning salt

paprika

1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
black pepper

neutral oil

Instructions
Caramelize the onions
Slowly cook onions with butter and olive oil until deeply golden and jammy.
Prepare burger sauce
Mix all burger sauce ingredients until smooth and refrigerate.
Prepare beef and tortillas
Roll beef into small balls and press firmly onto tortillas into a thin layer.
Cook the tacos
Place tacos meat-side down on hot griddle and cook until deeply browned and crispy.
Add cheese and finish
Flip tacos, top with cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
Assemble and serve
Top with burger sauce, caramelized onions, lettuce, and pickles.
