Instructions
Prepare the jelly mixture
Dissolve the gelatin powder in a small amount of cold water.
Heat and dissolve sugar
Bring the remaining water to a boil, add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Combine gelatin and hot liquid
Pour the hot sugar water into the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Assemble cups with fruit
Place fresh berries or fruit pieces into the bottom of each clear cup.
Pour and set jelly
Carefully pour the warm jelly mixture into each cup over the fruit. Refrigerate until fully set.
