Cook the pasta

Cook pasta in salted water and reserve a splash of the cooking water.

Sauté the garlic

Warm olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add lemon

Add lemon zest and lemon juice.

Combine pasta

Toss in the cooked pasta with a little reserved water.

Finish and serve

Stir through Parmesan, season and finish with torn basil.

Reheat: Microwave 1-2 minutes or reheat gently in a pan with a splash of water
