Instructions
Cream butter and sugars
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the small egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine wet and dry
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Add chocolate pieces
Fold in the chopped Kinder Riegel chocolate and chocolate chips.
Shape and bake cookies
Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool and serve
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
