Preheat and prepare

Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan for baking.

Mash bananas

Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth with some small chunks remaining.

Mix wet ingredients

Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix well.

Mix dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined - do not overmix.

Add Biscoff cookie butter

Swirl in half of the melted Biscoff cookie butter to create marbled effect.
