Instructions

Marinate the paneer

Toss paneer cubes with thick curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, cumin powder and mustard oil.

Roast the paneer

Roast paneer cubes in a pan until beautifully charred.

Prepare the paratha base

Take a laccha paratha and layer with red chutney and mint chutney.

Layer the paratha with hot paneer tikka, sliced onions and shredded cheese.

Roll it up tightly and cook on a tawa for a minute so the cheese gets melted and gooey.
