Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken
Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the marinade and mix until well coated. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken slices until golden and cooked through.
Assemble the shawarma
Warm the pita bread, fill with cooked chicken and drizzle generously with Toom garlic dip.
