Instructions
Prepare marinade
Mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil and all spices in a bowl to create the marinade.
Marinate chicken
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill
Preheat the grill or oven to 220°C.
Grill the chicken
Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and grill for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through.
Serve
Remove chicken from skewers and serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
