Prepare vegetables

Finely chop 2 tomatoes, red onions, parsley and garlic.

Grate the remaining 2 tomatoes on a coarse grater.

Mix all ingredients

Combine all chopped and grated ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

Season and dress

Add salt and sumac, then drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pomegranate molasses. Stir once more.
