Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

Add bananas, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, neutral oil and sour cream to a blender and blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until evenly combined.

Pour the blended wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently fold together until just combined. Do not overmix.

In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add cold cubed butter and rub together with fingertips until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
