Crispy Beef Tacos

Instructions
Prepare the cilantro lime sauce
Mix sour cream with chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Sauté aromatics
Heat olive oil in a pan, add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
Cook the ground beef
Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder, and cook until browned and crispy.
Warm the tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the tacos
Fill each tortilla with crispy beef, top with shredded cheddar cheese and diced tomato. Serve with cilantro lime sauce.
