Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Wash and cut all vegetables into thin strips or slices. Mince the garlic.
Cook the chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and fry the chicken until golden.
Season the chicken
Add soy sauce to the cooked chicken and stir well to coat evenly.
Assemble the lunchbox
Place cooked rice in one section of the lunchbox. Arrange the stir-fried chicken and fresh vegetables neatly in the remaining compartments.
