High-Protein Tiramisu
Ingredients
Coffee Layer
coffee powder
2 tbsp
hot water
120 ml
rusks
14 piece
Cream Layer
paneer
200 g
honey
5 tbsp
fresh cream
120 ml
processed cheese cubes
2 piece
vanilla essence
1 tsp
Topping
cocoa powder
2 tbsp
Instructions
Prepare coffee soak
Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water.
Assemble first rusk layer
Dip each rusk into the coffee for a few seconds and arrange them in a serving dish to form the first layer.
Prepare cream mixture
Blend together the paneer, honey, fresh cream, processed cheese, and vanilla essence until smooth and creamy.
Add first cream layer
Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the rusk layer.
Assemble second rusk layer
Dip the remaining rusks in the coffee and arrange them as the second layer.
Add final cream layer
Spread the remaining cream mixture evenly on top.
Add cocoa topping
Dust generously with cocoa powder.
Chill the tiramisu
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours before serving.
