Prepare the chicken

Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper.

Mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Prepare the wet mixture

Whisk eggs with buttermilk until combined.

Coat the chicken

Dip chicken pieces first in the wet mixture, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.

Heat sunflower oil in a large pan or wok to 175°C.
