Hot Honey Chicken Tenders on Mac n Cheese

Instructions
Prepare hot honey
Mix honey, Frank’s RedHot and chili flakes in a bowl until combined.
Cook pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions.
Make cheese sauce roux
Melt butter in a pan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk while whisking until smooth and creamy.
Season mac sauce
Add chipotle in adobo, chicken bouillon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the sauce.
Melt cheeses
Stir in mozzarella, fontina and marble cheddar until fully melted and sauce is smooth.
Combine pasta with sauce
Drain pasta and fold into cheese sauce until evenly coated.
Plate and drizzle hot honey
Serve mac and cheese topped with chicken tenders and drizzle generously with hot honey.
