Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

biscuit dough (refrigerated)

egg (whisked)

Instructions
Cook the beef filling
Cook the ground beef on medium heat until browned, then add minced garlic and seasonings.
Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Prepare biscuit dough circles
Take each biscuit and stretch it into a 5-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
Fill and seal the bombs
Add 2 spoonfuls of seasoned beef, some mozzarella, and a cube of cheddar cheese to the center of each dough circle.
Shape into tight balls
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal. Roll into a tight ball and rest 5 minutes.
Prepare for baking
Place bombs seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Bake the cheeseburger bombs
Bake at 190°C for 15-18 minutes until deeply golden brown.
Brush with garlic butter
While hot, brush each bomb with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with more parmesan. Serve immediately.
