Instructions
Prepare the filling
Mix ground pork with shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, minced garlic and ginger.
Season the filling
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pork mixture and stir well.
Prepare the spicy Korean rosé sauce
Combine gochujang, tomato sauce and heavy cream in a small bowl.
Fill and fold dumplings
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper and fold using the easy-fold method.
Cook the dumplings
Pan-fry dumplings until golden, then steam briefly with a splash of water.
Serve with rosé sauce
Drizzle or dip dumplings in the prepared spicy Korean rosé sauce.
