Instructions
Prepare chicken
Butterfly each chicken breast and pound to even thickness.
Stuff the chicken
Place ham and cheese slice on each chicken breast and roll tightly.
Bread the rolls
Coat each roll in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
Pan-fry the chicken
Heat butter and olive oil in pan and fry rolls until golden on all sides.
Finish in oven
Transfer to baking dish and bake until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
