Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Mix chicken pieces with yogurt and half of the spices to create a flavorful marinade.
Prepare the base
Sauté onions until soft, then add garlic and ginger for aromatic base.
Cook the chicken
Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Simmer the sauce
Add tomato sauce and remaining spices, then simmer until chicken is cooked through.
Finish with butter
Stir in butter at the end for richness and silky texture.
