Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Dice the cucumber and green bell pepper, halve the grape tomatoes, thinly slice half a red onion, and halve the Kalamata olives.
Crumble feta and season
Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix and serve
Gently toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Optional: Add dressing
Drizzle with your favorite Greek salad dressing (olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, etc.) and toss gently.

Divide into portions and enjoy!
