Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Juice the lemon (and lime if using). Peel and grate the ginger and turmeric. Add mixed berries, citrus juices, grated ginger, turmeric, and chia seeds to the blender.
Blend the mixture
Add green tea and coconut water to the blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Let sit 30 seconds for chia to hydrate.
Strain the shots
Pour the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl or measuring cup to remove pulp, seeds, and chia fiber. Press with a spoon to extract all liquid.
Serve
Pour into shot glasses and serve immediately chilled for maximum freshness and antioxidant benefits.
Storage
Best consumed immediately. Store in airtight container in fridge if needed. Shake well before drinking.
