Carne Asada Tacos

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Mix minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
Marinate the beef
Coat the beef skirt steak with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare toppings
Finely chop the white onion and cilantro, and slice the lime into wedges.
Grill the carne asada
Heat a grill or pan and cook the marinated beef over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely charred.
Warm the tortillas
Heat the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side until soft and lightly charred.
Assemble the tacos
Slice the grilled beef, fill each tortilla with meat, top with chopped onion and cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
