Instructions

Marinate the chicken

Mix dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and onion powder, then coat the chicken thoroughly.

Cook and glaze the chicken

Cook the marinated chicken in a pan until done, then stir in brown sugar and honey until it forms a glossy glaze.

Sauté the vegetables

In the same pan, cook chopped onion, red bell pepper and carrot until the onion turns translucent.

Steam the noodles

Add egg noodles and a splash of water, cover and let steam until noodles are tender.

Combine everything
