Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls

Filling
butter

brown sugar

ground cinnamon

cream cheese

powdered sugar

Instructions
Prepare the dough
Warm the milk and melt the butter, then combine with sugar, yeast, egg, salt and flour to form a soft dough.
Knead and rest
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then let it rise until doubled in size.
Prepare filling
Mix softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon to create a spreadable filling.
Roll out and fill
Roll the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the surface.
Shape the rolls
Roll the dough tightly into a log, slice into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
Second rise
Cover the rolls and let them rise again until puffy.
Bake the rolls
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Prepare and apply glaze
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth, then spread over warm rolls.
