Instructions

Prepare vegetables

Boil potatoes, carrots, beans and peas until soft.

Mash and mix patty mixture

Mash the boiled vegetables. Add chopped onion, garlic, flour, cornstarch and spices. Mix well.

Shape and fry patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties. Fry in oil until golden on both sides.

Toast buns and prepare vegetables

Slice the buns and lightly toast them. Slice tomato and onion.

Assemble the burgers

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on buns. Layer lettuce, cheese, two veggie patties, tomato and onion slices. Close with top bun.
