Nutella M&M's Cookies
Soft, gooey cookies with a molten Nutella center and melty chocolate chips—perfect for a sweet treat.

Cookie Dough

white sugar

Filling
Nutella (frozen)
7 tbsp
Instructions
Freeze Nutella
Freeze 6–7 tablespoons of Nutella for 30–40 minutes until firm.
Cream Butter and Sugars
Beat the softened butter with brown sugar and white sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add Egg and Vanilla
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and beat until fully incorporated.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold the chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
Portion the Dough
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Stuff Cookies with Nutella
Flatten each dough portion, place a frozen scoop of Nutella in the center, seal well, and roll into a smooth ball.
Chill the Cookies
Place the formed cookies on a tray and chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes, or freeze for 20 minutes.
Bake the Cookies
Bake at 180 °C for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden while the centers remain soft.
