Instructions
Prepare the oven and pan
Preheat the oven and line the baking pan so the cake releases cleanly.
Mix the dry ingredients
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk the wet ingredients
Beat the eggs with milk, melted butter, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice until smooth.
Make the batter
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
Bake the cake
