Instructions

Season the chicken

Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and all the seasonings, then let marinate in the refrigerator.

Cook the chicken

Sear the seasoned chicken in a large pot until golden brown and fully cooked on both sides.

Cook the pasta

In the same pot, add rigatoni, cream, broth, butter and seasonings. Cover and simmer until pasta is al dente.

Stir shredded mozzarella and cheddar into the cooked pasta until melted and creamy.
