Prepare ingredients

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and mince the garlic clove.

Brown the chicken

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and brown the chicken thigh on all sides until golden.

Add sliced onion and minced garlic to the pan with chicken. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
