Instructions
Season and sear chicken
Season chicken breast with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sear chicken until golden and fully cooked, then rest and slice.
Cook pasta
Bring salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
Prepare sauce base
In the same pan, melt butter and garlic butter over medium heat.
Make creamy sauce
Pour in heavy cream, add cream cheese, and whisk until smooth and gently simmering.
Add cheese and finish sauce
Stir in Parmesan cheese until thick and creamy. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
Combine pasta and chicken
Toss drained pasta in the sauce, add parsley and mix until fully coated. Add sliced chicken.
Prepare garlic bread
Slice Italian baguette, spread with garlic butter, and bake until golden and crisp.

Serve pasta with garlic bread and enjoy!
